Principal's Message

Dear Harrison School Families,

Now that the Fall weather has arrived, it is time to say good-bye to the lovely Summer Weather and looking forward to more exciting learning opportunities.

This month is full of different activities for our students. We have our upcoming Multicultural Potluck Dinner on Friday, October 4th, from 6-7:30PM. Please come and enjoy a night of music, food, and great company!

Our Week of Respect, Oct. 7th-10th is dedicated to showing students many ways to show others respect. A flyer went home with specific details and daily activities we would like the students to participate in. Please make a note that Roselle Schools will be closed on Oct. 11th and Oct. 14th.

Our Scholastic Book Fair will take place Oct. 21-25th and we encourage your scholar to purchase at least one book to add to their home library. Reading is extremely important and expanding your child’s reading library is one way to get them to read at home.

Our Popcorn Fundraiser will begin on Oct. 28th and ends on Nov. 15th and our Fall Pictures will take place on Tuesday, October 29th.

I strongly encourage and appreciate your support with our fundraisers. It is through our fundraisers that we are able to provide exciting field trips and field day activities with little to no payment from families.

As always, I look forward to working together and please reach out to me if you have any questions at  mnevarez@roselleschools.org or 908-298-2052.
